With more than 26 years of experience in hospitality, we specialise in the professional management of budget hotels and properties of renowned international brands. Our focus is the economy segment.
Discretion, reliability and partnership are the values that guide us. Our goal: to position hotels successfully in the market for the long term, with tailor-made concepts, clear targets and consistent implementation day to day.
The person behind it
Thorsten Gross
He learned his craft from the ground up: as a cook in fine dining, in a restaurant that holds a Michelin star today, then as a certified master chef at the Eckert-Schulen in Regensburg. Then came the commercial toolkit with a focus on controlling, because a hotel has to pay off. He learned to lead in the German armed forces, as platoon leader, sergeant and instructor.
Since 2000 he has been an independent entrepreneur in hospitality, including work for B&B HOTELS and Accor hotels. He has supported pre-openings in Germany and abroad and led interim management projects. For more than 18 years he has been running the B&B HOTEL München City-Nord, which has also served as a training hotel for new managers for many years.
Since 2024 he has contributed his experience to the hotel advisory board of B&B HOTELS Germany, and since 2026 as one of its Ambassadors. In April 2026 B&B HOTELS certified him as a “Certified Hotel Leader” (view credential). As the author of several specialist publications, he passes on his knowledge in a practical way.
